Here are some general things to know:

  • For criminal cases the fees are based on the charges, the stage of the case, and the amount of time to be expended.
  • Most fees are quoted on a flat-fee basis.
  • Personal Injury cases and some types of Civil cases are done on a contingency fee basis.
  • If investigators or experts are necessary, the client is responsible for the cost of these services. Client consent is obtained before any investigators or experts are hired.
  • Client is responsible for costs and expenses incurred by our office in preparation of your case, i.e., depositions, transcripts, photocopies, etc.
  • Payment is due before any legal services are rendered.
  • We have payment plans to suit any budget.
